Torque Multiplier

A torque multiplier is a device that increases the torque that can be applied by the user. This torque multiplier incorporates an epicyclic gear train which is configured to multiply the input torque applied by a factor of 3. they are used to apply torque in a controlled manner to tighter or loosen larger fasteners. when correctly used they apply torque smoothly and slowly whilst at the same time greatly reducing the amount of physical effort required by the operator. Made from CR-MO to a hardness of HRC 50-55
